A movable radiation box is standard equipment and, as essential ancillary units, a mini-focus X-ray generator that can magnify 10 times and a micro-focus X-ray generator that can magnify more than 100 times can be selected.
For the detector, a CCD camera, image indicator, or flat panels may be selected.

With a combination of a micro-focus X-ray and image intensifier, details of circuit boards, BGA, and other precision parts are displayed clearly.
