The FCR system replaces conventional radiation film with computer image processing technology. It is used to obtain quick and accurate inspection results on wall thickness decrease of equipment, piping, valves and other parts, as well as scale accumulation, clogging by foreign matter and more.
(1) High sensitivity compared with conventional radiation transmission inspection
(2) Shorter radiation time and efficient photographing are possible
(3) Even for parts with large changes in wall thickness, photographing is possible with a single exposure.
(4) Image quality may be improved by image processing.
(5) Image may be retained as personal computer data.
(6) Records may be reproduces by outputting data to a printer.

From the above features, the following is possible.
(1) Inspection of piping during operation
(2) Inspection of pipes through the insulation
(3) Inspection of small diameter piping, values and orifices
(4) Examinations of concrete related items such as grout filling examination of PC wires, internal reinforcing bars, and concrete pipe

Mobile type system
Fixed system
Erosion below the strainer and the wall thickness decrease may be accurately checked through the insulation
Checking inside of valves The internal condition of valves may be clearly checked.
Adhering scale Scale deposits and wall thickness may be clearly confirmed through the insulation.
