It was only around 1995 that the use of X-ray foreign materials inspection equipment spread to the foodstuff and other industries. With the enforcement of the Product Liability Law, attention focused on the use of X-rays as a device to detect hazardous nonmetallic objects .
The Non-Destructive Inspection Company developed the Vial Bottle X-ray Automatic Inspection Equipment to accurately and speedily detect fine foreign matter that was difficult to detect in the past. Making the most of our know-how in detection technology, low output (low radiation dose), high sensitivity sensors are used to detect steel balls of Φ0.1 mm in diameter and glass balls Φ0.5 mm in diameter. With it, users can build an optimum system for detecting foreign matter in vials, ampoules and other various medicine products.
